I work in private practice where I see adults (18+), both long and short term, for once to twice weekly sessions.

-I also work as a supervisor for other practicing therapists; both trainees and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists.

In addition to providing Crisis Interventions and Critical Incident support within organisations, I am also a Consultant Supervisor for another therapy team which provides support projects for businesses and organisations.

Experience

Along with 20+ years in private practice, where I see adult individuals both short- and long term, one or two times times per week, I have many years experience of working psychotherapeutically within

-Not-for-profit organisations such as ‘The Medical Foundation for the care of victims of torture and organised violence’ and Women's Centres.

-Staff support in both public and private sector organisations,

-Running and working in student counselling services at the University of Bedfordshire, the Royal College of Art, The London School of Economics and the Courtauld Institute of Art with Undergraduate, Masters and PhD students as well as offering management consultations with tutors and other staff.

I have also many years experience as an on site Critical Incident responder, in both private and public sector corporate organsiations and offer consultancy and supervision to other organisations offering critical incident support.

My private practice locations are in Harpenden, The Muswell Hill, North London and in Ottery St Mary in East Devon with free parking available.

Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling
MA degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy
Post graduate certificate in Clinical Supervision from the British Psychotherapy Foundation

I am committed to uphold my continued professional development and have post grad certificates

from various recognised institutions such as The Tavistock & Portman trust.

I am a registered and senior accredited member of The BACP, whose ethical guidelines I adhere to, and I also hold a Senior Associate Membership with APPCIOS - The Association for Psychodynamic Practice and Counselling in Organisational Settings.
